Can I Trust the Colors Shown in Your Photos?
Colors can look slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, and the environment where the fabric is viewed. For this reason, the color shown in product photos may not look exactly the same as the actual fabric.
If you’re unsure about a color, we recommend ordering physical fabric samples before placing your order. This allows you to see the actual color and texture in your own space and feel more confident about your selection.
What Is Memory Training?
Memory training is a finishing process that helps curtain fabric form and maintain its intended folds and pleats. It gives the fabric a lasting “memory,” helping the curtains hang more neatly and keeping the pleats looking defined and consistent over time.
This process is especially helpful for pleated curtain styles, creating a more polished and refined look whether the curtains are open or closed.
Is Memory Training Suitable for All Curtain Headers?
Memory Training is available for most of our curtain header styles, including:
However, Memory Training is not available for Flat Panel or Rod Pocket curtains. These styles are designed to hang naturally without permanently setting the fabric into a specific pleat pattern.

Should I Consider Stacking Width When the Curtains Are Open?
Yes. When curtains are fully open, the fabric gathers to the sides of the window, creating a stacking width that takes up part of the rod or track.
As a general guideline, the stacking width may be approximately 20% of the total curtain width. We recommend taking this into account when choosing your curtain rod or track length, especially if you want the curtains to clear the window opening as much as possible when fully open.

Do I Need to Purchase Pin Hooks for a Pleated Style?
No. Curtain hooks are included with your curtain order, so you do not need to purchase them separately.
Curtain rings are sold separately and can be purchased based on your curtain rod and installation needs.
Curtain rods, tracks, rings, and other hardware are not included with the curtain order unless otherwise specified.
When Is a Double Width or Seam Required?
The maximum curtain width that can be made without a vertical seam varies depending on the curtain style, fabric, and finished length.
For specific width and seam requirements, please refer to the product page of the curtain style you are interested in. If your requested size exceeds the maximum width available without a seam, a double-width curtain with a vertical seam may be required.

How do I choose the right curtain length for a floor-length or puddled look?
Measure the distance from the bottom of the curtain rod (or rings) to the floor, then choose your preferred length:
Hovering above the floor: Subtract about 1–2 inches from your measurement.
Touching the floor: Choose a curtain length that matches your measurement.
Puddled on the floor: Add extra length to create a soft, relaxed drape.

Do you have any tips for installing a curtain rod?
Mounting the curtain rod close to the ceiling (rather than right above the window frame) is a classic trick to enhance the visual sense of space in a room.
The core principle is to guide the eye upward through vertical lines, making the room appear taller and more spacious visually.
Light-filtering VS. blackout curtains. Which one should I choose?
Typically, light-filtering curtains are installed in living rooms and dining rooms to ensure ample sunlight. Blackout curtains are used in bedrooms for sound insulation, noise reduction, and to guarantee quality sleep.
Of course, if you’d like, you can install double-layer curtains: a sheer layer plus a blackout layer. During the day, you can use the sheer curtains to block visibility, and for afternoon naps, the blackout curtains can create a completely dark environment, so that your sleep won’t be disturbed by light.

I want to design a layer of sheer fabric plus a layer of curtains, how should I make this happen?
You will need to purchase a set of sheer curtains, a set of blackout curtains, and a set of double-track/double-rod curtain rods.
Why does the color of the curtains seem fine when I receive them, but they look like a completely different color once hung up?
When you receive the curtains, the color looks normal, but once hung up, it seems as if the color has changed. The core reason is the difference in observation environment and fabric state leading to changes in visual perception, not an actual color deviation of the curtains themselves:
First, the difference in light environment: When received, the light source is single and the fabric is folded or laid flat; once hung, the curtains are in an open space, and the mixed illumination of natural light or indoor lamps, even the reflected light from outdoor scenery, will alter the color presentation.
Second, the impact of fabric form and background: When folded, the fabric is smooth; when hung, folds create light and shadow, making the color appear darker or uneven. Additionally, when the curtains are installed next to walls or furniture, the background color sets off and amplifies tonal deviations.
The color perception of small pieces of fabric is weak, but when hung as a large area of color, subtle tonal differences become prominent, ultimately making people feel “the color has changed.”
Why do some custom curtains have a maximum length limit?
Some printed or patterned curtains may have length limitations because longer curtains may require multiple pieces of fabric to be joined together. This can affect the pattern alignment and overall appearance

I just did my first order of curtains and am so pleased with the quality. They arrived and upon opening the packaging immediately looked so nice; no wrinkles whatsoever. I have always made my own curtains because I couldn’t find any that were up to quality I desired and these completely met my expectations. Never again will I make my own and I am planning on ordering these for all my design and staging jobs in the future! We installed this patio panel in our TV room, to eliminate glare on the screen and reduce the acoustic brilliance in this room with its laminate floors. The measurements were accurate, and the seamless drape hangs straight. The linen-like fabric is heavy and drapes nicely. The blackout lining works well.
They absolutely finish off the room. It was a bold mood move for us. We don’t normally do any kind of green accents, but they look so good.

Very good quality drapes with plenty of hooks. They were packaged very well and didn't even need to have any wrinkles removed. I would order from here in the future.

Arrived fast and neatly folded. The pleats were intact, and I didn’t need to steam them much. Great craftsmanship on the seams and header.

Curtains are beautiful. My only complaint is that there is no instructions included with them when they arrive about how to install the plastic clips or if they can be steamed right away (I added the memory training and don’t want to affect it by steaming if I shouldn’t).
After measuring my windows/french doors, I used chat GPT to get the recommended curtain width (x2.5 or x3) the length of your actual window. I thought this was going to be too much curtain, but OMG the look is amazing, so luxurious!!! And quality of the Curtains is beyond my expectations. Thank you, ThreeGirls curtains!!! Will be purchasing again and recommending to family and friends!!!
Just received my curtains. I love them. The color is perfect. They didn’t even need ironing right out of the package. The lining and the fabric are great. My slider is super wide and I was having so much trouble finding the right size. Other custom curtains were more expensive. I’m thrilled with them.

Got these in Milk Tea, pinch pleated, with a blackout liner. Haven't even steamed them yet and they weren't too wrinkled out of the packaging. First time ordering curtains and the advice on this website was perfect. Really appreciate the adjustable hooks too. Happy with this purchase.
