Cancellation Policy

For Non-Custom Products
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 12 business hours after payment, as long as the order has not shipped.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll provide the carrier information and tracking number. Cancellations are not accepted after shipment.

For Custom Products
All custom curtains are made to order. If you request to cancel or make changes (such as size, color, or fabric) more than 12 business hours after placing your order, a 25% fee will apply based on the product price.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
