My name is Seven. This is a story about three little girls, a new set of drapes, and a night that changes everything.
I liked watching my daughters playing hide-and-seek behind the new drapes. Until one afternoon, this simple joy has become the greatest nightmare for me as a parent. My youngest daughter couldn't stop coughing, my second daughter had a rash, and my oldest daughter was having difficulty breathing.
In the emergency room, the doctor said something that I could never forget, "Your new drapes? They are full of hidden industrial dust and allergens which can trigger allergies."
I was heartbroken. I tried so hard to find a "safe" fabric, but I realized that a brand new curtain could never be truly clean.
In the entire curtain industry, no one is talking about this problem. No one washes drapes before selling them. Every brand leaves this crucial step to the consumer. I know that especially for people with sensitive skin and allergies, every step matters.
I am not a business woman. I'm just a mother driven by a mission. That's how Three Girls was born.
