What Does "Width of Pleated Curtains" Mean?
For pleated styles, the curtain width refers to the distance from the first pleat on the left to the last pleat on the right (excluding the return).
Do the curtains come with hooks?
Yes, each order includes adjustable plastic hooks that let you fine-tune the curtain length by up to 2 inches. Curtain rods or rings are sold separately.
What Does "Single Panel Width After Pleats" Mean?
It refers to the finished width of one panel after the pleats are sewn in and the panel is fully extended. The measurement is taken from the left pleat edge to the right pleat edge.
Does Double-Width Involve a Splice-Up Seam?
Curtain finished length over 108 inches, the maximum finished curtain width without a seam is 56 inches. Curtain length less than 108 inches, there is no seam restriction for any curtain finished width. Otherwise, the width needs to be double-wide with a vertical seam.
What is Curtain Stack Width?
Curtain stack width refers to the amount of space the curtains take up when fully drawn or pulled to one side of the window or doorway.
For THREE GIRLS curtains, the stack width varies depending on the fabric and header style, typically accounting for 20% of the total ordered width.
How to Calculate Panel Weight?
The fabric weight is 366gsm for the linen blend fabric and 210gsm for the blackout lining. The linen blend fabric is extremely thick and heavy, and even just the fabric itself can exhibit an excellent draping effect.
What is the return size for your curtains?
Our curtain return size is 2 inches.
How do I order blackout curtains?

What is memory shaping?
Memory shaping helps your curtains hold their pleats and hang neatly over time.

How many panels are included?
Our curtains are sold by single panel. A quantity of 1 means one curtain panel.
How do I use the adjustable plastic hooks?
They’re easy to use. To lower the hook, slide it down to your desired position. To raise it, pull it all the way out from the bottom opening and reinsert it at a higher spot for the perfect fit.

Can I change a custom order?
You can make changes within 12 hours for free.
After 12 hours, a 25% fee applies to cover production adjustment costs.
Why do I see two prices after checkout?
For custom products, the total price includes:
Base Price – The standard cost of the product.
Customization Price – Added cost for selected options like size, lining, or extra services such as healthy pre-wash treatment.
What if I haven't received my order number?
If you haven't received your order number or confirmation email, please try the following steps:
Check Your Contact Information – Make sure your email address is correct.
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder – Sometimes confirmation emails can end up there.
Verify Email Consistency – Ensure the email used for the order matches the one in your account.
Still No Email? – If everything seems correct and you still haven’t received it, contact our support team at support@threegirls.com.
How can I view my placed order?
If you have a THREE GIRLS account and are logged in with the same account used to place the order, you should be able to view it online. If you can’t access your order, please contact us at support@threegirls.com for assistance.
Why is my discount code not working?
Please check for these potential issues:
Ensure the coupon code has not expired.
Some codes may only apply to certain products or order amounts.
Certain codes, such as trade discounts, are linked to your THREE GIRLS trade account.

When will I receive my order confirmation?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Delivery and Fulfillment
How long does shipping take?
For customized drapes, estimated lead times are:
Standard Shipping: 10–12 days
Express Shipping: 3–7 days
These timeframes are estimates—95% of orders are delivered within them.
If you need your drapes by a specific date, please contact us at support@threegirls.com to confirm timing and place your order early.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow the delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! THREE GIRLS ships worldwide, except for military bases and restricted regions.

Shipping fees vary based on your location and shipping method.

What shipping methods do you use?
Fabric swatches and booklets are shipped via DHL eCommerce or USPS. They’ll be delivered to your mailbox—no signature required.
Curtains are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS with door-to-door service. A signature may be required for safe delivery.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update your address—please contact us as soon as possible.
Once the order has shipped or is out for pickup, the address can no longer be changed.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please use a physical street address (home or office) to ensure successful delivery.

Are VAT and duties included?
No, any VAT or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges depend on your country’s customs regulations and tax laws.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from all major banks. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us at support@threegirls.com.
What should I do if my transaction fails?
Please double-check your billing and payment details, or try using a different payment card or method. If the issue persists, contact your bank or third-party payment providers (such as PayPal, Pingpong, or Payoneer) for assistance.
Please note that each order can only be paid with one credit card. If you want to use multiple cards, please place separate orders.
What should I do if my payment is not accepted?
If your credit card payment is not being accepted, there could be a few reasons:
Incorrect Card Details: Double-check that the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address are correct.
Card Restrictions: Some credit cards may block or restrict online transactions. Contact your card issuer to ensure there are no issues.
Technical Issues: Occasionally, technical issues with the payment gateway or your bank may cause a transaction to fail. Try again later or use a different payment method.

Returns and Refunds
Which products are not returnable?
Fabric swatches and sample booklets cannot be returned. For more details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page.
Order Cancellation Policy
For custom products, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund if done within 12 hours of payment confirmation (business days).
Orders canceled after production has started will incur a 25% fee based on the product price.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Custom products that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
What is the return time limit?
We accept reasonable return requests within 30 days of receipt. We recommend checking your products as soon as they arrive. If the products are defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days at support@threegirls.com. Please provide the shipping label and photos showing the product’s condition. After inspection, if we confirm the product is defective, we will either offer a full refund, repair, or replace the item at our discretion. We will notify you via email regarding the action we take. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
What is the refund limit?
Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are in brand-new condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging. After inspection, we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund, or repair or replace the product. We will notify you via email regarding the action we take.
If your return meets our criteria and you provide the requested defect photos and shipping label, we will issue a full refund immediately after we confirm the return package. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-10 days.
Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments: Previous orders will not be refunded for price drops.

We do not offer refunds for lost packages, but we will send a replacement instead.
If you have not received your refund within 3-10 days, it may be due to your account being frozen. Please contact support@threegirls.com for assistance.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Typically, it takes 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
