We understand that shipping costs are often a major concern when shopping online. At threegirls.com, we’re proud to offer prompt and reliable delivery service—so you can enjoy every step of your shopping experience.


Delivery Time

Since most of our products—such as custom curtains, blackout curtains, rods, and tracks—are made to order based on your specific requirements, our delivery time is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time

    • Weekdays: 3–6 business days

    • Holidays: 13–35 business days

  • Shipping Time

    • Weekdays: 4–8 business days

    • Holidays: 7–10 business days

  • Estimated Total Time

    • Weekdays: 7–14 business days

    • Holidays: 20–45 business days

Note: In-stock items like rods and wands typically ship earlier than made-to-order products.
Free fabric swatches within the U.S. will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
Deliveries to Canada usually take 10–15 business days.
Shipping timelines may vary based on your location and during peak seasons. Please refer to the checkout page for the most accurate delivery estimates.

During Chinese New Year (January–February), delivery times may be extended up to 45 business days.

  • Orders $0.00 – $0.01: Free Shipping
  • Orders $0.01 – $199.99 : $22.99
  • Orders $200.00 – $299.99 : $17.79
  • Orders $300.00 and above : Free Shipping

Expedited Shipping (U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, Netherlands, Germany & Worldwide):

  • Orders $0.01 – $299.99 : $99.79
  • Orders $300.00 and above : Free Express Shipping

Swatch Book Shipping

  • U.S. & Canada: $8.99

  • (UK, Australia, Netherlands, Germany & Worldwide): $29.99


Carriers

  • Custom curtain orders are primarily shipped via FedEx or DHL Express.

  • Free fabric swatches are typically sent via USPS.


Shipping Addresses

  • We can ship fabric swatches to P.O. Boxes.

  • However, curtains and hardware orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical address for those items.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, we’ll send you an email with the carrier name and tracking number.
You can also check your status by clicking “Track My Order” or visiting the carrier’s official website directly.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but damages or losses may occasionally occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged or goes missing, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage or describe the issue in detail.

  2. Report the issue to the shipping carrier:

    • UPS: 1.800.742.5877 (U.S. & Canada)

    • DHL: 1.800.225.5345 (U.S.); 1.855.345.7447 (Canada)

  3. Email the issue, along with photos and your order number, to support@threegirls.com.

Once the carrier confirms the damage or loss, we’ll work with you to either locate the package or remake your order as quickly as possible.
