The Trouble with DIY Washing
If You Wash Them Yourself…
Yes, you could wash your curtains after purchase. But that means:
- Time spent washing, drying, ironing.
- Risk of uneven shrinkage or permanent wrinkles.
- Fabric losing its natural drape and elegance.
We take care of this for you—professionally, gently, and free of charge.
Industrial Washing
We use industrial-grade curtain washing machines for a thorough, 30-minute deep wash. Powerful water flow penetrates deeply into the fabric, effectively removing dust, stains, and bacteria. During the initial cleaning, the fabric is treated with an anti-shrink solution to ensure it maintains its original size and drape, even after future washes.
Natural Air-Drying
After washing, curtains are transferred to a 500m² drying area. They are air-dried in a clean, well-ventilated space, avoiding direct sunlight to better preserve the fabric's color and quality.
What is the Healthy Curtain Cleaning Service, and is it required?
It’s an optional pre-shipment cleaning that ensures your curtains arrive fresh, odor-free, and ready to hang. While not required, it’s highly recommended for those who value cleanliness and convenience.
Will the cleaning process shrink or damage my curtains?
No. We pre-wash the fabric using a gentle, anti-shrink treatment before cutting and sewing. Your curtains are guaranteed to retain their size and shape—even after future home washes.

It’s perfect for health-conscious families, allergy-prone individuals, busy homeowners, or anyone who wants their curtains delivered fresh, sanitized, and wrinkle-free from day one.
Is the cleaning process safe for children and pets?

How are the curtains packaged after cleaning?
After cleaning and high-temperature pressing, the curtains are carefully folded and packed in protective materials so they arrive neat and ready to hang right out of the box.
How long does the cleaning process add to my order?
The pre-shipment cleaning adds minimal time—your curtains will still ship within the standard delivery window.
Can I request this service for curtains I’ve already purchased?
Currently, the cleaning service is only available as an add-on for new curtain orders before shipment.
