This warranty is extended to you, the original purchaser, for the original product purchased only, and is non-transferable.
The warranty begins from the delivery date shown in shipping records.

What Is Covered: 

This warranty covers any defects in materials, workmanship, and internal mechanisms under normal residential use for up to one (1) year, so long as the product is installed in accordance with our installation instructions.

1. Parts: 
Replaceable parts include, but are not limited to, the bracket, safety buckle, operational cords and chains, and motorization components.
Up to 1 year: Parts replaced at no charge.

2. Fabric and Slats:
Coverage for fabric tears or defects, fabric detachment from slats, and warped or broken slats.
Up to 1 year: Product remade or replaced at no charge.

3. Internal Mechanism: 
Product not raising/lowering or loss of tension.
Up to 1 year: Product remade at no charge.

What's Not Covered: 

1. Variations in texture, weave, or color of natural materials, and slight warping in wood products.
2. Improper installation, operation, or cleaning.
3. Normal wear, fading, or aging over time.
4. Excessive exposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture.
5. Damage caused by children, pets, or insects.
6. Alteration/Modification of any kind.

What We Will Do: 

Repair or Replace: Should your product be confirmed defective, THREE GIRLS will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product free of charge, or offer an alternative solution deemed appropriate.

Product Discontinuation: If a replacement is required for a discontinued product still under warranty, we will provide a substitute that closely matches the original. For multi-shade orders, only the defective item will be addressed. Every effort will be made to match the original specifications.

* This warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether written or oral. We shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product defects or breach of this warranty. We reserve the right to inspect any part or component before providing a replacement. To process a warranty claim, proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or payment record) and photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.

The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may not apply in all states, as laws vary by location. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state.

3-Year Limited Warranty

For an upgrade fee, our 3-Year Limited Warranty includes the same coverage as the 1-Year Limited Warranty and lasts two years longer for peace of mind!

This warranty is extended to you, the original purchaser, for the original product purchased only, and is non-transferable. The warranty begins from the delivery date shown in shipping records.

This warranty covers any defects in materials, workmanship, and internal mechanisms under normal residential use for up to three (3) years, so long as the product is installed in accordance with our installation instructions.
