Return & Refund Policy
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, and we’re committed to providing exceptional customer service at every step of your purchase.
If you encounter any issues, we kindly ask that you first review our return policy and reach out to us for possible solutions—rather than immediately filing a dispute. We’re here to help.
Please carefully review important details such as Header Style, Measurement Guide, and Liner Options to ensure your custom curtains meet your expectations. We highly recommend ordering a Fabric Swatch Book or individual swatches before placing a custom order to confirm the texture and color.
Custom curtains, Roman shades, and blinds are made to order and are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.
Some items may be marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or subject to other return restrictions. Please review the product details before placing your order.
Can I Return My Order?

Fabric swatches and swatch books are non-returnable.

Custom-made curtains and shades cannot be returned if they match the original order details.

Hardware and ready-made products are eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Custom curtains, Roman shades, and blackout shades.

Misinterpretation of product images.
-
The item fits but is heavier than expected.

The color is not what you wanted.
-
You feel the quality doesn’t meet your expectations (please order swatches to confirm beforehand).

You changed your mind or no longer want the item.

You ordered the wrong product.

Incorrect measurements. A size tolerance of +/- 1 inch is considered industry standard. Curtain width may be 1–3 inches wider than ordered to ensure full coverage when hanging.

Delivery took longer than expected.

Color variation due to fabric dye lots (color differences between swatches and final products are considered normal).

Color differences caused by lining selection.
-
Light blocking performance doesn’t meet expectations.

Special/customized items are non-returnable.
Returnable Items
In rare cases where an issue occurs, we will accept a return or remake:

We sent the wrong item.

The lining type is incorrect.

The item does not match the description.
If your hardware or ready-made item arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or size, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

The item is unused, with original tags, and unaltered.
Please email us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll do our best to repair or remake the product to match your original order. You may be asked to return the original product.
What If I Don't Like What I Ordered?
We’re sorry to hear that! But we understand—sometimes you change your mind or realize the color or style wasn’t the best fit. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free exchanges or returns in these cases. Thank you for understanding.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returns requested after this period may be denied. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise noted. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund.
Refund Amount = Order Total – (Processing Fee + Packaging Fee + Shipping Cost)
This typically equals 80% of the order total.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging), we will:

Or repair/remake the item
We will notify you by email of the next steps.
If your return meets the requirements and includes defect photos and shipping label, we will issue a full refund within 3–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:

Past orders are not eligible for price adjustments or retroactive discounts.

We do not offer refunds for lost packages, but we will send a replacement.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages with confirmed delivery.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for damaged or defective items. The replacement must match the original order (including size, header style, color, and lining).
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@threegirls.com and include photos of the item and all packaging. Keep both inner and outer packaging materials.
Modifications
We do not accept post-delivery modifications. Please double-check your measurements and specifications before placing your order.
Light Blocking Expectations
We offer various linings to meet different light control needs, such as privacy, room darkening, blackout, and insulation. Perception of light blocking varies by person and setting. We encourage ordering a Liner sample book to confirm suitability. Please note that perceived differences in blackout levels are not considered product defects.
Measurement Issues
Use a metal tape measure to avoid errors—soft tapes can stretch. If your curtains arrive with an incorrect size (very rare), we’ll either adjust or remake them at our discretion. THREE GIRLS will cover round-trip shipping costs for qualifying remakes.
Change of Mind
Please make your selections carefully. Once the order ships, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind.
Color Variations
Due to lighting, screen displays, and fabric dye lots, the actual color may vary slightly from what you see online. This is not considered a defect, and returns will not be accepted for this reason.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we’ll send a replacement at no extra charge. Refunds are not offered in this case.
Return Shipping Address
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address via email.
Processing Refunds
After your return is shipped, please email us at support@threegirls.com with your tracking number. We will inspect the item within 3–5 business days and process your refund. It may take 3–7 days for the refund to appear on your card, depending on your bank.
What If My Curtain Is Defective?
Our custom Roman shades are handmade to high standards and should last for years with normal use. If your shade is defective (rare), please contact us. If we determine the issue was caused by a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it at no cost and ask you to return the original.
Disputes & Refunds
Disputes are time-consuming for everyone. They often delay resolutions and tie up your funds for up to 90 days. Please contact us first—we’re happy to help and can usually resolve issues faster and more efficiently than through a formal dispute. Our goal is a zero-dispute shopping experience.
