This warranty is extended to you, the original purchaser, for the original product purchased only, and is non-transferable.
The warranty begins from the delivery date shown in shipping records.

This warranty covers any defects in materials, workmanship, and internal mechanisms under normal residential use for up to one (1) year, so long as the product is installed in accordance with our installation instructions.

1. Parts: 
Replaceable parts include, but are not limited to, the bracket, safety buckle, operational cords and chains, and motorization components.
Up to 1 year: Parts replaced at no charge.

2. Fabric and Slats:
Coverage for fabric tears or defects, fabric detachment from slats, and warped or broken slats.
Up to 1 year: Product remade or replaced at no charge.

3. Internal Mechanism: 
Product not raising/lowering or loss of tension.
Up to 1 year: Product remade at no charge.

What's Not Covered: 

1. Variations in texture, weave, or color of natural materials, and slight warping in wood products.

3-Year Limited Warranty

For an upgrade fee, our 3-Year Limited Warranty includes the same coverage as the 1-Year Limited Warranty and lasts two years longer for peace of mind!
