Free Remake Shipped
New curtain(s) will be produced and shipped to you for free.
Please email us your order number, the product(s) requiring adjustment (including room label if any), the quantity, and the correct finished size(s).
Terms for Fit Protection
✔ The Fit Protection is valid only for that specific window treatment and cannot be transferred to any other one.
✔ Fit Protection cannot be bought after the order has been placed or once the product has been delivered.
✔ Fit Protection can only be used to adjust the size of the window treatment.
✔ Products covered by FIT Protection are eligible for only one size change.

If your product is Defective
We accept return or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery when we've made an error—such as the wrong size, color, mount type, or a defective item.
If You're Unsatisfied with Your Products
And if you’re not happy with your custom covering for any other reason within the first 30 days – you don’t like the color, you need a different mount or lift style, changed your mind about the lining, etc. – If you'd like us to remake your product, we’ll offer a 20% discount (based on your original order amount) in the form of a gift card.
