How to Measure:
Width: Measure the inside width of the window frame at the top, middle, and bottom. Use the smallest measurement.

Minimum Depth: The window frame should be at least 2.5–3 inches deep, depending on the model, for a flush fit. If the depth is insufficient, the shade may protrude from the frame.

What are the cords and rings on the back of the shade for? Can I cut the cords?
Please do not cut the cords or touch the lifting mechanism on the back. These parts are essential for the shade to function properly. Cutting or adjusting them may damage the product and make it unusable.
For manual shades, how do I lift and pull off?
Please do not attempt to pull the fabric or unfold the shade before it is fully installed. Operating the shade while the headrail is not securely mounted can cause the internal cords to tangle and damage the shade.
Damage caused by improper handling is not covered by after-sales service. Once installed, use both hands to gently and evenly lift or pull down the bottom rail

Very happy with these shades. The motor is quiet, the fabric looks great, and the remote control is simple enough that everyone in the family can use it.
