No. We pre-wash the fabric using a gentle, anti-shrink treatment before cutting and sewing. Your curtains are guaranteed to retain their size and shape—even after future home washes.
Who should choose this service?
It’s perfect for health-conscious families, allergy-prone individuals, busy homeowners, or anyone who wants their curtains delivered fresh, sanitized, and wrinkle-free from day one.
How are the curtains packaged after cleaning?
After cleaning and high-temperature pressing, the curtains are carefully folded and packed in protective materials so they arrive neat and ready to hang right out of the box.
Is the cleaning process safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly detergents and avoid harsh chemicals or toxic fumes. It’s a safe choice for babies, children, pets, and anyone with sensitivities.
How long does the cleaning process add to my order?
The pre-shipment cleaning adds minimal time—your curtains will still ship within the standard delivery window.

Unlined curtains are ideal for sheer fabrics or those that already offer 100% blackout. Choosing unlined means the curtain uses just the face fabric, without any lining—lightweight and breathable but with limited light blocking.
Why aren’t unlined curtains recommended for standard fabrics?
Unlined curtains made from standard fabrics don’t block light well and offer less privacy. If you want better light control and privacy, go with lined curtains instead.

What Does "Width of Pleated Curtains" Mean?
For pleated styles, the curtain width refers to the distance from the first pleat on the left to the last pleat on the right (excluding the return).
What Does "Single Panel Width After Pleats" Mean?
This is the finished width of one curtain panel after pleats are sewn and the panel is fully extended—measured from the left pleat edge to the right pleat edge.
Do the Curtains Come with Hooks?
Yes. Every order includes adjustable plastic hooks that let you easily fine-tune the hanging height for a better fit. Curtain rods or rings are sold separately.
Does Double-Width Involve a Seam?
For curtains longer than 108 inches, the maximum finished width without a seam is 56 inches. Curtains shorter than 108 inches have no seam restrictions on width. Otherwise, double-wide curtains will have a vertical seam.
What is Curtain Stack Width?
Curtain stack width is the space the curtains occupy when fully drawn to one side. For THREE GIRLS curtains, this usually accounts for about 20% of the total ordered width, depending on fabric and header style. [Click to view]
What is the Return Size for Your Curtains?

What is Memory Shaping?

What is the maximum curtain size that can undergo memory shaping?
Memory Training Maximum Size: width 160 inches; length 263 inches.
Does the memory shaping process support pleated curtains?
Yes, it does.
Will the memory trained curtains retain their shape after transportation?
Yes, for memory trained curtains, we carefully fold and pack them as shown in the photo to maintain their shape and ensure the memory shaping effect is preserved during transportation.
How can I maintain the memory shaping of my curtains?
The memory shaping effect may vary depending on the fabric. Creases can occur due to shipping or long-term storage in the packaging. It’s recommended to remove the curtains from the package and hang them up as soon as possible. If needed, ironing the curtains will help restore their shape.

Do curtains come with lining by default?
No, curtains do not come with lining by default. You have the option to add lining based on your preferences when placing an order.
How Many Panels Are Included?
Curtains are sold by single panel. Ordering a quantity of 1 means one panel.
How Do I Use the Adjustable Plastic Hooks?
To lower the hook, slide it down to your desired position. To raise it, pull it out from the bottom and reinsert it at a higher spot for a perfect fit.
How do I calculate the number of pleats for my curtain panel?
To calculate the number of pleats, divide the panel width by 5, then add 1.
Example:
40" panel ÷ 5 + 1 = 9 pleats
72" panel ÷ 5 + 1 = 16 pleats
84" panel ÷ 5 + 1 = 18 pleats
What is the default pleat multiple used?
We use double the amount of fabric to create fuller pleats for a more elegant draping effect.
What is the standard pleat spacing?
The pleat spacing is slightly adjusted (industry standard is 5 inches) to fit curtain rods between 36 inches and 120 inches in length. It is scientifically tested to ensure a consistent and balanced draping effect.
Do the curtains come with rings?
The curtains do not include curtain rings, but each order comes with adjustable curtain hooks, allowing you to easily adjust the height to fit your space.
How many curtain rings do I need?
Wondering how many rings you’ll need for your pinch pleat curtains? The key is the pleat spacing. At THREE GIRLS, our pinch pleat curtains have a pleat spacing of 5 inches. Just divide the width of the curtain panel by the pleat spacing and add one! For example:
40 inches wide ÷ 5 + 1 = 9 rings
72 inches wide ÷ 5 + 1 = 16 rings
84 inches wide ÷ 5 + 1 = 18 rings
How can I order fabric from THREE GIRLS?

When ordering pinch pleat curtains, should I order by single panel or by pair width?
When ordering pinch pleat curtains, you can choose to order a single panel or a pair of curtains. Here’s how each option works:
Single Panel:
Order a curtain width equal to the total width of your curtain rod (e.g., 120 inches). The curtain will be made using fabric that is twice the width (240 inches).
Pair of Curtains:
Specify the total width of your curtain rod, and it will be split into two equal panels (e.g., for a total width of 120 inches, you’ll receive two panels, each 60 inches wide). Each panel will use fabric that is twice the final width (for each 60-inch panel, 120 inches of fabric will be used) to create the pinch pleats.
For both options, it's important to note that we use 200% fabric width (double fabric fullness) relative to the finished width to create the pinch pleat effect.
Is there a difference between the pleats of cafe curtains and regular curtains?
No, there’s no difference if the pleat style is the same.
What is the size of a fabric swatch?
The fabric swatch size is 4.3 x 6.9 inches.
Can I see the fabric in person?
Yes, you can get up to 20 free samples with each order, and shipping is just $8.99 (for the U.S. and Canada).
Please note that due to differences in printing batches, screen brightness, and resolution, the actual color may vary slightly from what you see on the product page.
For customers with strict color requirements, we recommend ordering samples first to confirm the color before placing your full order.

Can I use my own fabric (COM) for curtains?
At this time, we do not offer the option for customers to supply their own fabric for custom curtains. To maintain the highest quality, we exclusively use our carefully selected, verified materials in all of our products.

Can I Combine Discount Codes?
Our system only allows the use of one discount code per order. However, you can combine the same discount code with a gift card to save even more.

Can We Exchange?
For custom-made products based on your specifications, we generally do not accept exchanges.
For damaged or defective items, we only offer exchanges. *Exchanges must match the original order details (including size, pleat style, color, lining, etc.).
Please contact us by email at support@threegirls.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Retain all packaging (both outer and inner packaging) and include photos of both the packaging and the product for the damaged item exchange request. Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange the exchange for you.

Fabric swatches/booklets ship via DHL eCommerce or USPS (no signature required).
Curtains ship via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS with door-to-door service (signature may be required).
Do you ship in multiple packages?
Typically, we do not ship items separately. However, in rare cases, such as when a package exceeds weight limits, we may need to ship items separately. If that happens, we will send you an email with the tracking information for each package.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us ASAP to update. Once shipped or out for pickup, address changes are not possible.
Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, please use a physical street address for delivery.

We accept return requests within 30 days of receipt. Report defects within 7 days at support@threegirls.com with photos and shipping label. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
What Is the Refund Process?
Once returns are inspected and approved, we offer a refund, repair, or replacement at our discretion. Refunds process within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.
Are Price Adjustments or Discount Refunds Available?
No. Previous orders are not eligible for price drops or discount refunds.
Lost Packages and Shipping Issues
If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If it's not found, we'll send you a replacement order. However, if the package is marked as delivered and signed for, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. Thank you for your understanding and support.
