How to Evaluate Fabric Swatches：
Fold & Feel: Compare the thickness and softness by folding and handling each swatch.
Backlight Check: Hold the swatch up to natural or artificial light to inspect its weave density.
Rubbing Test: Gently rub the fabric to test for pilling or roughness.
Flashlight Test: Use your phone’s flashlight behind the swatch to check for translucency and glow—add lining if you prefer stronger light blocking.

Pleat Spacing & Measurement Guide
Pleat Spacing: 5 inches (industry standard)
Side Tuck: 2 inches (distance from side hem to the first pleat on each side)
Panel Width: Measured with the curtain panel fully opened, from the left edge of the first pleat to the right edge of the last pleat (excluding the 2-inch side tuck on each side).

Pleat Count Calculation：
To find out how many pleats your curtain panel will have:
Number of pleats = (Panel width ÷ 5) + 1
Examples:
40" panel ÷ 5 + 1 = 9 pleats
72" panel ÷ 5 + 1 = 16 pleats
84" panel ÷ 5 + 1 = 18 pleats

Curtain Stack Width：
Typically about 20% of the ordered width, varying by fabric and header style.

Fabric Usage：
Double the amount of fabric is used to create fuller, richer pleats.

Pleat Spacing Adjustment：
Pleat spacing may be slightly adjusted from the 5-inch standard to perfectly fit curtain rods between 36" and 120" in length. This ensures an evenly balanced drape.

Compatibility & Style Notes：
Works with track rods, curtain rods, grooved rods, and ringed rods.
Comes with adjustable plastic hooks for easy hanging.
Ideal for medium to heavyweight fabrics and elegant, minimalist spaces.
Pinch pleats gather more tightly than other styles and feature permanently sewn pleats for a luxurious look, also known as double pleats.

If the curtain rod is already installed:
Use a measuring tape to measure its total length and record the measurement.

If the curtain rod has not been installed yet:
First, determine the ideal placement for both height and width

Height: To make the window appear taller, install the curtain rod 8 to 10 inches above the window frame. Mark this height lightly on the wall using a pencil or masking tape.

Width: Extend the rod 8 to 10 inches beyond each side of the window frame to allow the curtains to stack neatly when opened. Mark these points on both sides. Then, measure the distance between the two outermost marks to determine the correct curtain rod width.

After marking and measuring, review your measurements to ensure accuracy before proceeding.

Finished Width of the Drapery
The finished width of each pleated panel (measured when fully extended) will match the width you order. For example, if your curtain rod is 80 inches long, you should order two pinch pleat panels, each with a finished width of 40 inches. Measure the width from the left edge of the first pleat to the right edge of the last pleat when the panel is fully extended, not when stacked.

Fabric Fullness
We use 200% fabric fullness to achieve a rich, voluminous pleated look.

Stacked Width (when draperies are pulled open)
Each panel will stack to approximately 20% of its finished width.

Pleat Sewing
Each pleat is permanently sewn to ensure it keeps its shape for long-term use.

To enhance your curtains' light-blocking ability and comfort, you can choose to add ZeroLight TriCore™ Technology 100% Blackout Lining. This high-performance lining blocks external light, ensuring privacy and adding a tranquil atmosphere to your space. Select the lining that best suits your needs to further enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of your curtains.

6. Choose Panel Design
Based on your preference, choose either a single panel or split panel design.

7. Add Curtain Cleaning Service
If you require a healthy curtain cleaning service, select this option. The service includes stain removal, disinfection, and sterilization, ensuring your curtains stay fresh and hygienic.

8. Add High-Temperature Shaping Service
If you would like to maintain a crisp, tailored appearance for your curtains, select this option for high-temperature shaping. This service helps keep the fabric in pristine form, preventing wrinkles and maintaining its elegance.

9. Select Curtain Accessories
Choose the matching curtain tiebacks to complement your curtains.

10. Room Name (Optional)
You can choose to specify the room name (e.g., bedroom, living room, dining room, etc.), which helps us tailor the design and services to meet the specific needs of each room.

Once your payment is successfully processed, we will begin customizing your curtains at our 107,000 square-foot modern facility. Our team will carefully craft each curtain according to your personalized specifications, ensuring it fits your space perfectly.

Custom Curtains:
After payment, delivery is estimated within 7–14 business days. We provide door-to-door service, and a signature may be required in some areas.

Fabric Swatches:
Delivery is estimated within 3–10 business days and will be sent to your mailbox (no signature required).

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier's official website or through the "Order Tracking" page on the THREE GIRLS website.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (e.g., fading from sunlight, fabric aging, minor discoloration, water damage, damage caused by pets or insects, etc.); damage caused by unauthorized alterations or improper installation; or changes in trends or personal preferences over time (i.e., style no longer suits you).

Warranty Duration:
The warranty is valid for the entire usable life of the product under normal use.
